Conclusion of the contract

The subject-matter of the contract is the selling of products.
As soon as you place the respective product on our website, we shall submit to you a binding offers to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions specified in the item description.
The purchase agreement takes place via the online shopping cart system as follows:
- The products intended for purchase are moved to the “shopping cart”. You can select the shopping cart using the appropriate buttons on the navigation bar and make changes there at any time.
- After accessing the “Checkout” page and entering your personal data as well as the payment and shipping conditions, you are finally shown the order data again as an order overview.
- If you use an instant payment system (e. g. PayPal) as your payment method, you will either be taken to the order overview page in our online shop or forwarded to the website of the provider of the instant payment system.
- If you are forwarded to the relevant instant payment system, choose and/or enter your data as appropriate. Finally, on the website of the provider of the instant payment system or, after you have been directed back to our online shop, the order data will be displayed as an order overview.
- Before submitting the order, you have the option once more to review or change (you may also use the “Back” button on your web browser) any information on the order summary page, or to cancel the purchase.
- By sending the order via the corresponding button (“order with obligation to pay”, “buy” / “buy now”, “order with obligation to pay”, “pay” / “pay now” or similar designation) you declare the legally binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the contract is concluded.
The execution of the order and the sending of all the details necessitated by the conclusion of the contract take place via e-mail, in a partially automated manner. Consequently, you must ensure that the e-mail address that you have deposited with us is the correct one, and that the receipt of the respective e-mails is guaranteed. In particular, you have to ensure that the respective e-mails are not blocked by a SPAM filter.

General conditions

The prices are in Euro currency. The prices mentioned in the respective offers represent total prices (including VAT), as do the shipping costs. Express delivery is extra charged (specificized in the Clause Shipping Policy).
If delivery is made to countries outside of the European Union, it may incur unreasonable additional costs, such as duties or taxes or money transfer fees (transfer or foreign exchange fees charged by the banks), which you must bear.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
The goods remain our property until the purchase price is paid in full.

Before the order is sent, via the online – shopping cart system the contract data can be printed out or electronically saved using the browser’s print function. After the order is received by us, the order data, the legally mandated details related to distance selling contracts and the standard business terms are re-sent to you via e-mail.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide.
We deliver shipments to all countries free of cost. We use local courier companies therefore delivery dates can vary. The item you ordered should be delivered within 30 days.
We offer you express delivery (2-5 days), using GLS (European countries) and DHL (no European countries) – You must give explicit consent and it is extra charged.
We may need one day to prepare the package. Factors such as an item in your order being out-of-stock can delay the shipment. We do not ship packages on weekends or on our holidays.
We reserve the right to send your package with a similar shipping method than what you selected at checkout that has the same or shorter transit time. We do not charge more for the change. This is normally done to get the package to you as soon as possible at the lowest cost.
The import fees and taxes are payed by a consumer.

WARRANTY POLICY

As a consumer, you are requested to promptly check the product for completeness and visible defects and transport damage as soon as it is delivered, and promptly disclose your complaints to us and the shipping company in writing. Even if you do not comply with this request, it shall have no effect on your legal warranty claims.
The statutory warranty rights are applicable.
The warranty period shall be one year from delivery of the goods. The shortening of the period shall not apply:
– for culpable damage attributable to us arising from injury to life, limb or health and for other damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence;
– insofar as we have fraudulently concealed the defect or have assumed a guarantee for the quality of the item;
– in the case of items which have been used for a building in accordance with their customary use and have caused its defectiveness;

REFUND POLICY

Items in undamaged and unused condition, in original packaging, may be returned to our address for refund or exchange. You bear the direct costs for returning the products.
Please contact info@endurohog.com for return authorization within 14 days of receipt of your order.
When returning items, please keep your tracking information for your records as your proof of shipment of the return.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection by Endurohog. Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your item at our fulfillment centre for processing and for the refund to be posted to your account. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In case you refuse the package on delivery, or do not respond to carrier’s messages (by email/phone) or in any other case where the package is returned back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs billed to us by the carrier to bring the package back.
Subject to item availability, items purchased from Endurohog may be exchanged. Simply contact info@endurohog.com for exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your order.
